community-parent resource center based in Newport News,
Virginia. Our goal is to improve the quality of life and
educational results for all children with disabilities
through high
expectations from our children and from those who
educate them; working to ensure equal protection to
children under the law;
research and advocacy for proven
methods of learning and teaching; training to make
parents strong advocates through education and
participation
